Mr. Simon Riding and his wife, Herni Tan (Chairperson of Yayasan Pintu Kasih), together with the Agape Early Childhood Education teachers during the graduation ceremony of 8 Agape schools in Mamasa, held at GBT Ballabatu Church, Ballabatu Village, Tanduk Kalua District, Mamasa Regency.
MAMASA, BKM.COM — Yayasan Pintu Kasih once again held its 2nd Mission Trip in 2026 with a series of mission services at GPdI RT Sepang, Mamasa Regency, West Sulawesi. The event, which took place on 14–15 May 2026, featured the preaching of God’s Word by Mr. Simon Riding from Adelaide, Australia.
As part of the commemoration of the Ascension Day of Jesus Christ, Yayasan Pintu Kasih organised the Mission Trip on Wednesday, 14 May 2026. The activity was conducted in the form of a general worship service at a local church.
The activities were divided into two sessions. In the morning, a general worship service was held and attended by around 300 congregation members from the surrounding church community. In the afternoon, a Revival Service (KKR) was conducted specifically for youth and teenagers.

The event was also attended by 200 students from SMK Ethnos Mamasa. The preaching of God’s Word was delivered by Simon Riding, a minister who is also an active police officer in Adelaide, Australia. The presence of Simon and his wife, Evie, became a special blessing as they travelled all the way to Makassar and Mamasa with a deep desire to serve souls.
“We are grateful that God brought us together with Mr. Simon and Mrs. Evie. Their heart for mission work is truly extraordinary. Even with his busy duties as an active police officer, they still made time to minister in Mamasa,” said a representative of Yayasan Pintu Kasih, Mrs. Herni Tan.
The series of activities continued on Thursday, 15 May 2026. Yayasan Pintu Kasih held a graduation ceremony for Agape Early Childhood Education children from 8 PAUD schools spread across Mamasa Regency.
The moment became even more special as the PAUD children were also prayed for directly by Pastor Simon Riding.

“Our hope is that this generation will continue to grow into a golden generation for the nation — a generation prepared by God, with a strong foundation in mentality, faith, and character,” the foundation representative continued.

This 2nd Mission Trip activity reflects the commitment of Yayasan Pintu Kasih in reaching souls in regional areas and strengthening ministry services for children, youth, and teenagers in Mamasa.
On 17 May, during the Sunday Service, Mr. Simon Riding was also given the opportunity to minister as the speaker delivering God’s Word. Everyone was greatly blessed by the teaching and prayers for the congregation. (*)
